Yes. One purchase covers unlimited personal and client sites, with no per-site licence and no renewal. What you cannot do is resell or redistribute the template itself as a template.

You download a ZIP and import it through Elementor's own template importer, which takes about four minutes. One thing to do first: turn on Enable Unfiltered File Uploads in Elementor's advanced settings, or the import silently drops the icons.

Email us and we fix it. Support covers the template behaving as it did in the preview — it is not a site-building service, and it does not cover a conflict with an unrelated plugin. Downloads and any future updates to a template you own stay in your account.

A template is a file, so it cannot really be returned — the policy is about fixing problems instead. If a template is broken or not as described, we will fix it, and if it cannot be fixed we refund within 14 days. Buying the wrong template by mistake is not a fault, but talk to us anyway.
