14 days, if something is actually wrong
Digital templates can't be returned, so this policy is about fixing problems rather than reversing purchases. Here is exactly how it works.
Last updated August 2026
We will refund
- A template that is broken and that we cannot fix.
- A template that is materially not what its product page described.
- A duplicate charge, or a payment you did not authorise.
Within 14 days of purchase, in the currency you paid.
We will not refund
- Change of mind, or deciding you prefer a different template.
- Buying the wrong one, tell us and we will usually swap it instead.
- Not having the plugins or Elementor version listed on the product page.
- Wanting a design change the template never claimed to include.
We fix things first
This is the important part. If a template does not work, we would much rather fix it than take your money back, and we will keep working on it until it does what it should. Plugin conflicts, theme overrides, an import that fails halfway: send it to us and we will get it working.
In practice that is why this policy is almost never used. Start by telling us what went wrong.
Before you buy
Every template has a live demo, both pages screenshotted, and its exact requirements listed, including whether it needs Elementor Pro. There is also a free template, so you can see the quality without spending anything. Please use all of that; it is there so nobody buys something that was never going to suit them.
How to ask
Open a request from your account with your order number and what went wrong. We reply by email. If a refund is the right answer, it goes back to your original payment method through PayPal, usually within a few working days.
