What you can do with a template

You may

• Use a template on an unlimited number of websites. Your own and your clients’.
• Modify it however you like: change the copy, colours, layout, sections, anything.
• Charge your clients for the work you do with it, at whatever rate you choose.
• Keep using it forever, including after you stop buying from us.
• Download it again whenever you want, from your account.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the template files themselves.
• Include them in a theme, plugin, template pack or bundle you sell or give away.
• Share your account, or pass the ZIP to someone who did not buy it.
• Publish them anywhere they can be downloaded by people who have not bought them.

The line is simple: sell the work you do with a template, not the template.

Every download is registered

Each ZIP contains a LICENSE.txt naming the account and order it was issued to. It is not DRM and it does not phone home. It means a file found somewhere it should not be can be traced back to where it leaked.

Images and fonts

Templates ship with AI-generated or freely licensed placeholder imagery, so there is nothing to license separately and nothing to remove before launch. Replace them with your own assets whenever you like.

What we guarantee

That a template does what its product page says it does, on the Elementor and WordPress versions listed. If it does not, we fix it. We do not guarantee compatibility with every plugin ever written, or with a theme that overrides Elementor’s own styles, though we will usually help you sort that out anyway.

Ownership

We keep the copyright in the template files. You get a permanent, non-exclusive right to use them under the terms above. Buying a template does not transfer ownership of it.
