What you’re buying
A landlord home buyer landing page template for Elementor, addressed to somebody who owns the building rather than lives in it.
What you get
- A full landing page and the thank-you page that goes with it
- 9 photographs on the landing page and one more on the thank-you page
- What a rental actually costs to keep — a band no other template in this category carries
- A lead form in the hero and a longer one in the closing band
- A consent checkbox on both forms, and an assignment-disclosure slot in the footer
- A sticky header with a tap-to-call number, and a fixed call bar on phones
- Reviews set as monograms, never as stock portraits
- Every colour, font and spacing value editable in Elementor
What is on the page
Hero with a lead form, a three-step how-it-works, eight reasons to sell direct, an eight-card situations grid, a seven-row comparison against a traditional sale, three reviews, ten property types, eight service areas, the template's own band, an about band, an eight-question FAQ, and a closing offer form.
Who it is for
Buyers of tenanted single-family rentals, small multi-family and whole portfolios, where occupancy is the fact that decides the deal.
The design
Bitter over Karla, dark amber on warm stone, six-pixel corners. The register is deliberately different — this is read at eleven at night after a tenant call.
What you need
Elementor and Elementor Pro. Import the two pages, change the company name, phone number, service areas and photographs, and it is ready to run traffic. Nothing depends on a particular theme or a page-builder add-on.
Before you publish it
Every figure on this template is demonstration copy — the rating, the review count, the names and the quotes included. Replace or verify all of it.
This category carries obligations most do not, and three of them are built into the template rather than left to you to notice. Marketing another person's property for compensation is licensed activity in South Carolina, Oklahoma and Illinois — so if you assign purchase contracts rather than closing on them yourself, say so in the footer disclosure the template ships with. Real-estate advertising falls under the Fair Housing Act, which is why the Equal Housing line is in the footer. And selling as-is does not switch off a seller's duty to disclose known defects, nor the federal lead-paint disclosure on any home built before 1978.
The template ships with no prices, no percentages, no day counts and no "stop foreclosure" anywhere, on purpose. Add none of those without evidence you could produce if you were asked for it.
