What we collect, and why

What we hold

• Your email address, to deliver what you bought and to sign you in.
• Your orders, what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
• Your downloads, which file, when, and the IP it was requested from.
• Support messages, what you sent us and what we replied.

Why the download log exists

Two reasons, both honest. It tells us which templates people actually use, and it is the evidence if someone disputes a payment for a file they already downloaded. It is not used to profile you or sold to anyone.

Payments

PayPal processes payments and handles your financial details. We receive the payer email address and a transaction reference, never card numbers.

Email

Transactional email (receipts, downloads, sign-in links and support replies) is sent because you asked for something. If you request a free template you also join our list, and every one of those emails has a working unsubscribe link.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your details to anyone.
• Run advertising trackers or third-party ad pixels.
• Email you about something you never asked for.

Your data, on request

Ask and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it. The only exception is order records we have to keep for accounting, which are stripped back to the minimum. Write to us via support.
